HOW TO CARE FOR SUCH THINGS?

Such things rarely need to be global washed(in most cases, it will be enough to carry out only local cleaning of contaminated areas and that's it), but if all the same it comes to that, then:  ONLY HAND WASH! Hand wash in warm(NOT HOT(!)) water(30°- 35°С(86°- 95°F)). Hand wash with shampoo or mild soap, squeezed (don’t wring) to remove excess water and lay flat to dry. You can iron such things with NOT HOT iron through gauze or fabric. Such things are afraid of moths, so it’s best to keep such things in a plastic bag or something like that, and also such things are afraid of various zippers on clothes, you can tighten the loop very much and even spoil a thing. Therefore, with this you need to be very careful.

DO COLORED THINGS LOSE THEIR COLOR AFTER WASHING?

No, any colored item from our range does not lose its color after washing, but, like any other colored thing, the shawl or any other colored item from our range may fade a little during the washing process, this is absolutely normal.

HOW TO MAKE THE DOWNY THING NOT SHRINK AFTER WASHING?

After washing, you can put a wet thing on a flat surface and use safety pins to stretch the thing (If it's a shawl, then you need to pin each triangular "tooth" along the edges of the shawl) in order to bring it into perfect shape. It is best that this procedure is carried out on the carpet, so as not to damage the floor. You can also use a special frame for such things (4 wooden long bars (with nails) fastened together)((!)This is the best way for the drying procedure). HOW LONG TO WAIT MY ORDER?

As a rule, packages going to Europe or USA, arrive to their destinations in about 1-3 weeks, and to all other areas arrive within 2-4 weeks. But sometimes the delivery time of international packages can reach 5 or more weeks. WE ARE NOT responsible for any delays caused by customs.  Please note: If your package is still not delivered to you after 30-35 days after sending, please contact us and we will write an application to search for your package. Fortunately, after such applications, packages are always found and often begin to be tracked even in countries where they have never been tracked. A formal request from our Post will be made to Post of your country and an investigation will be conducted.

SHAWLS AND SCARVES MEASURMENT DETAILS

Correct measurements of such hand knit shawls are made at the moment when things are slightly stretched on a special frame with nails to give things the correct shape in the final production cycle. Measurement of such things in the unfolded state on a flat surface may not be entirely accurate due to small folds and other irregularities.
