How do I download my purchase?

Your orders are sent to the email address associated with your IU account, and are also available on the Order Details page as soon as payment is complete.  Please check your mailbox, as you will receive a link in the email from the site that will direct you to the download.

How to unzip your file?

Accepted Answer

To unzip all the contents of the unzipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select EXTRACT ALL, and follow the instructions. For Macbook, you can double-click on the zip file, it will be unzipped immediately.
