Hand wash in cool water. Use a mild detergent or a specialist woolen laundry liquid. Wrap in towel to remove excess water. Dry on a flat surface. Avoid direct heat or sunlight and do not use a tumble dryer. Steaming is ideal for woolens. You can also iron woolen garments with a steam iron on a warm iron setting through a damp cloth.
