What are the video invitation specifications?

All of our video invitations are:  MPEG4 1080 x 1920 pixels HD quality Around 15-25MB

What information do I need to provide when ordering?

When ordering, please enter your party details: 1) your child’s name 2) age 3) date of party 4) address of party 5) rsvp info: date, name, contact number You also need to enter your email address, so I know where to send your invitation.

When will I receive my video invitation?

Accepted Answer

Your video invitation will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Sometimes emails end up in the SPAM folder, please check the folder, as the mailing is regular, Google and others may consider the mailing as spam.  Please contact me if you have not received your email within this time.

Question 4

How do I send the video invitation to my party guests?

Accepted Answer

There are multiple ways: – Text message (this is the most common way) – Facebook message – WhatsApp – Email – You can upload as a private Youtube video and send your guests the URL link – or your can upload the video to your party website, Instagram, or Facebook Event page  *Please note I only provide the video. I cannot offer technical assistance for your phone. Please ensure your mobile devices is able to receive and send videos BEFORE ordering.

What parts of the video can I change?

Accepted Answer

You can personalize the party details – the text information that comes up on screen. All other visual elements of the video (font style, background, effects, timing etc) remain unchanged. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a unique, custom design to suit your party theme.

Question 6

I require a small revision to my video, how do I do this?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes mistakes happen, it’s OK! If there is an error in the video invitation your have received, please contact me and let me know, and I will aim to get you a revised version ASAP.

Question 7

I have a joint / sibling party. Can I add a another child to the invitation?

Accepted Answer

Yes definitely! As long as the rest of the party details are the same, you can add another name and/ age and there is no extra fee for this.  If you have another child but the party details are different, unfortunately this must be ordered as a separate invitation.

Question 8

I'd like the invitation in another language, is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course! Please provide the translation for ALL of the words in the invitation when ordering (not just the party details)  *Note – some of the fonts shown in the samples may need to be changed to accommodate specific characters or writing systems.

Can I order a custom video invitation with specific colors and design?
