Directions:
Place 1 sachet for each serving in a cup . Pour 250-350 ml of hot water over the bag , mix and then stir. May also drink cold but will not be as effective.

The taste is bitter, and therefore it is recommended to add honey or sugar for example if necessary for sweetening.
