Ceramic products of this workshop have been produced since 1993. Until 1993, ceramic products for church and cell needs had very limited use. For example, in the catalog of the famous master Kuznetsov, released at the end of the XIX century, only 6 porcelain products are presented. The offered ceramic utensils are designed taking into account the Russian and Byzantine traditions of Orthodox culture. The products of this workshop are created using classical faience technology, in the style of "Kuznetsovskaya majolica". They differ from other types of ceramics in the pure, white composition of the ceramic mass, harmonious shape and clearly executed delicate ornament.
Ceramic glaze is an impervious layer or coating of a vitreous substance which has been fused to a pottery body through firing. Glaze can serve to color, decorate or waterproof an item.
