YARN
Any Double Knitting (8 ply) yarn can be used so long as it gives the same tension as below.

This round necked sweater as shown is knitted in Cascade 220 Superwash DK yarn.

Tension – 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10 cm (4 inches) over stocking (stockinette) stitch

Knitting Needles – 1 pair of 3.25 mm (UK10 – US3) and 1 pair of 4 mm (UK8 – US6)

The pattern includes colour coded sizes for ages from 2 to 7 years and a large full-page coloured intarsia chart for the T-Rex.
