Little Horse Crochet pattern

This pattern provides step-by-step instructions for creating cute Little Horse.

It presents 2 options for creating a horse - in pants (boy) and with a skirt (girl).

This Horse is one of the animals of my author’s collection “12 Chinese zodiac signs”. You can crochet it as a separate character or create your own collection of 12 animals.

The pattern does not contain crochet lessons, so you should have basic crochet skills.

The size of the toy is about 5,9in/0,16yd/15cm, using the recommended materials.

To crochet the Sheep, you will need the following materials and tools:

• Brown, beige, white, dark blue (for the horse-boy) or orange (for the horse-girl) colored yarn.I used YarnArt Ideal (beige, white, dark blue / orange colored yarn (100% cotton; 1,76oz/50g; 6693in/181yd/170m) and Yarn Art Jeans (brown colored yarn) (55% cotton + 45% acrylic; 6299in/175yd/160m; 1,76oz/50g);
• Black beads for eyes or black eyes on the secury mount
  (d 0,1in/0,003yd/3mm) - 2 pieces;
• Crochet hook. I use size 1.5mm to metric size range / size 8/7/2 to steel hook's USA classification;
• Stuffing materials (I used holofiber);
• Thin brown and white yarn for embroidery muzzle and eyes.
• Thin black yarn for sewing eyes to the head / glue (depending on what eyes you choose).
