The Winter Coat DAPHNE pattern includes 1 ZIP files and 4 PDFs: The pattern (XXS - 3XL) in DinA4, DINA0 and US LETTER, general information regarding the pattern and how to print it, a tech sheet (like in the pictures) and sewing instructions with pictures (Part 1 & 2 as the file was to big for Etsy). You are able to print out the pattern at home and tape the pages together by aligning the diamonds on the edges of the pages together. You only have to print out ONE PDF. The difference is just in paper size; please research the paper size your country and your printer are using and refer to the PDF with the corresponding name. Alternatively, you can use a projector or get the A0 printed at a copy shop. Please read the general information PDF carefully that will be included in this purchase to be able to print correctly and the sewing instructions for more details.

This pattern is WITHOUT seam allowance. As some of my customers use the imperial system, myself and a lot of my other customers use metric, having no seam allowance in my pattern is just the easiest middle ground. I made sure to prepare this pattern in such a way that you only have to add the same seam allowance of your choice all around the pattern pieces.

MATERIALS
320cm fashion fabric (I used 100% wool) measured on a 140cm wide standard fabric
300cm lining (I used 100% rayon) measured on a 140cm wide standard fabric
40cm pocket fabric (I used 100% cotton) measured on a 140cm wide standard fabric
15x60cm piece of 3mm thick felt; alternatively pre-made sleeve head waddings
1 pair of 1.5cm thick shoulder pads
200cm interfacing (I used H180 Vlieseline for this)
interfacing tape
8x ø 15mm buttons
matching thread
sewing machine with a straight stitch
button holer or a sewing machine with the option to sew button holes
Iron + ironing matte

MOCK UP IS A MUST! As every fabric behaves differently and every body shape is unique.
I am wearing size S in the pictures. This pattern is made to be oversized. If you don't like the oversized look, size down 1-2 sizes. This pattern is unisex.
