1. 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.All items must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if any) must be intact. Any item that appear to have been washed or altered will not quality for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases. (The original shipping fee refers to the actual shipping cost that we pay to the logistics company for shipping your order, not the shipping fee you paid when placing the order).

3. Return Shipping

We understand that returns happen, and we want to make it easy for you. Unless it’s a quality issue or problem with the order, unfortunately, we will not cover the round trip return shipping. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
