Silver Coin Ring (USA) Moon Dollar

A ring made from a silver American coin called the Lunar Dollar. It was released in a small edition. This coin was minted to commemorate the American landing on the moon on the Apollo 11 spacecraft. This happened in 1969.
Since this is a large coin, the ring also turns out to be massive. On the ring we see the inscriptions:
