Proper installation of the air conditioner will ensure optimal cooling performance
 
1. Air conditioning kit (complete with compressor, condenser, evaporator, and all necessary components).
2. Refrigerant (R134a or compatible refrigerant as per manufacturer specifications).
3. Refrigerant manifold gauge set.
4. O-ring kit.
5. Vacuum pump.
6. Torque wrench.
7. Basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.).
8. High-pressure A/C hose crimper (if needed).
9. Electrical connectors and wiring.
10. Mounting brackets and hardware.
11. Electrical tape and zip ties.
 
 
1. Preparation:
   a. Park the vehicle on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.
   b. Disconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle battery.
   c. Familiarize yourself with the components of the air conditioning kit.
 
2. Mounting the Compressor:
   a. Locate an appropriate position for mounting the A/C compressor on the engine block, ensuring it doesn't interfere with other components.
   b. Use the provided mounting brackets and hardware to securely attach the compressor.
 
3. Installing the Condenser:
   a. Identify a suitable location in front of the vehicle's radiator to mount the condenser.

4. Fitting the Evaporator:
   a. Determine the optimal location for mounting the evaporator unit inside the vehicle's cabin, typically under the dashboard on the passenger side.
   b. Securely mount the evaporator using the provided brackets and hardware.
 
5. Connecting Refrigerant Lines:
   a. Attach the high-pressure and low-pressure refrigerant lines to the compressor and condenser using appropriate O-rings and fittings.
   b. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free.
 
6. Electrical Connections:
   a. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to connect the electrical components of the air conditioning system, including the compressor, blower motor, and control panel.
   b. Use electrical connectors and wiring to establish secure connections.
 
7. Vacuum and Refrigerant Charge:
   a. Connect a vacuum pump to the system and evacuate the air to remove moisture and other contaminants.
   b. After a successful vacuum, charge the system with the recommended amount of refrigerant as per the manufacturer's specifications.
 
8. Performance Test:
