You will be able to sew 30 cm (12 inches) doll: body, arms, legs, head, draw face , create haircut and stylish clothes. There is also added a tutorial with pattern of stylish doll shoes. Your doll can turn head to both sides, move arms, stand and sit on her own.  

Clothes are sewn with body parts, so the finished doll will not be undressed. 

I recommend to choose strechy fabric for this pattern.
The best choise for doll body  is MARCHIANO (Barbie) fabric (95% polyester, 5% elastane) 
For doll clothes choose any type of fabric and any size of buttons that you have. It is good idea to recycle old clothes. 
In tutorial I suggest to install steel wire inside doll legs, but if you don't feel safe about kids using, don't do that.
