About this item

This Divine Mother is the single source of all that is beautiful and eternally young. As long as there are physical attachments, the Divine Mother manifests as Kali; as long as there are emotional torments and limitations, as Tara. After these two overcomes, she becomes a Tripura-Sundari, a source of inspiration and youth.

She is also called Adi (the Original Mahavidya), which indicates that she represents a perfect vision of reality.
Tripura-Sundari is Sri vidya, the ultimate knowledge that covers 3 worlds. This is the flowering of the source, which is manifested in the ability to simultaneously apply siddhi, transcendental knowledge and the wisdom of activity. It is the knowledge of the transcendental state and its manifestations in the form of bliss, beauty and love, it carries the power of perfection and maintenance.

In Soundaryalahari, it is said that the entire universe is created from a tiny particle of dust from her foot. She gives any blessings, fulfills all desires, embodies the very purity (shuddha), has a calm peaceful disposition and is full of sattvic qualities. She is the embodiment of wealth, royal power (like Rajarajneshwari), the defender of the dharma.

It goes beyond the three states and remains in a state of Unity, transforming desires, karma into the highest bliss of nectar. It is a complete cycle of creation, when the entire universe is like a flower in a state of flowering.

It is the knowledge of the transcendental state, of the true nature of the heart in its manifestation in the form of bliss, beauty and love.
Tripura-Sundari grants the highest wisdom of the synthesis of all knowledge, the synthesis of knowledge of the 3 worlds in the harmony of vision. It is a manifestation of pure knowledge, a transcendental view, but this view is the highest, uniting siddha-vidya and maha-vidya. Tripura-Sundari is wisdom that is applied in the physical world, the main principle of which is harmony.

In this yantra, Bhupur has a dark green color. This dark shade is caused by the darkness of Saturn, which is associated with the seventh chakra. Meditation on this color eliminates the basic, or original, fears and instincts. The three rings represent the three worlds and three aspects of consciousness: will (iccha), action (kriya) and knowledge (jnana). The three worlds correspond to the three states of consciousness: waking (jagrat), dreaming (swapna) and dreamless sleep (sushupti). The twenty-four lotus petals symbolize the twenty-four elements.
Then there are three more rings — three manifestations of time: past, present and future.
Two sets of three intersecting isosceles triangles with their vertices facing up and down form the Shetripura Sundari Yantra
Three means "three", pura means "peace" and sundari means "beautiful girl".
Tripura-Sundari is the most beautiful goddess, whose beauty surpasses everything in the three worlds. Shodashi means "sixteen-year-old". She is also called Lalita, Kameshwari, Sri Vidya and Rajarajneshwari.
