"FOR WOUNDING.MILD INJURY"
The Medal "For Wounding" is a departmental award of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The medal is awarded to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who were wounded while defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
A laurel branch is placed on the medal's ribbon: silver for a severe injury and bronze for a light injury.
In the center is an inscription in three lines: "FOR THE SACRIFICE OF BLOOD / IN THE BATTLES FOR THE FREEDOM / OF UKRAINE".
