If your items have not arrived within 45 days, please contact me and I will file an investigation with the Ukraine Post. Once this is completed, they will contact your country post office and investigate in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized as lost, a 100% return is guaranteed.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance, so I cannot guarantee that items will be received by a specific date - this is out of your control. Transit times will also depend on any busy season (such as Christmas) or your local holidays.

Please make sure the address is correct before you place an order. If any package is rejected at delivery, never picked up from the post office, or needs to be resent due to a wrong address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying subsequent reshipment fees.
