What is Embroidery digitizing?

It's the art of converting artwork into a digital file for embroidery machines to follow the needle's path. This process is not automated, great digitizing is considered an art form if done correctly.

Where can I find the embroidery design files I just purchased?

You will receive an email from us within 1–15 minutes after checkout. The email will contain the purchased embroidery design and size in ZIP format. We will use the email you provided during checkout.

Are these designs work with my embroidery machine?

Yes! We provide formats like PES, DST, JEF, VP3, HUS, SEW, EXP, XXX, for various embroidery machines. You'll also get a PDF with color steps and thread usage. If you need other formats, just let us know, we're here to assist.

Why EmbroPlex sell each size separately?

Due to the encountered challenges with counterfeit sellers, we've adopted the strategy of selling each size separately. by doing so, we aim to protect our hard work and continue providing high-quality embroidery solutions to support your business

Can I sell items stitched with EmbroPlex embroidery designs?

Yes! You're welcome to sell embroidered items using our designs. However, sharing or selling the digital files is not permitted. Happy stitching!

What is EmbroPlex after-sales service?

We provide excellent after-sales support. If you face any issues with your purchased designs or have questions, contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items. However, if you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we'll gladly refund or replace the duplicate purchase.

Can I request a custom embroidery design from my image?

Absolutely! We accept Custom Embroidery Digitizing. Send us your sample image through the Seller message, and provide the artwork as a PNG/JPG file for a quick quote. Our communication team will respond promptly.
