Shipping can take 11-35 days depending on your location and post work circumstances. Always in touch for any assistance about your order and always monitoring the tracking updates. In case there's a delay and the tracking information doesn't change for a long time, I make a search request to the shipping company. In case of the parcel being totally lost and not delivered, I guarantee a refund (though this happens really rare, just to make sure the shop policy takes care about such opportunities). The package is very well protected to avoid damage. Please note I cannot ship to: Australia, Poland, Sweden, Cuba, Finland, Denmark. Due to post restrictions you may not be able to return any orders.
