Custom and personalized orders

Accepted Answer

We accept custom and personalized orders. We can add personalization details : the name of your baby, his birth data, initials. If you need it, just write us about it in the comment to the order. If you want to change the color, details of items - also let us know in the message befor to order.  And, of course, custom and personalized orders are possible and welcome! We would be happy to create some new felt item that suits your ideas. ATTENTION! Cancellations/changes of CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED orders are NOT MADE after their payment!

Care instructions

- Cleaning If the toy is slightly dirty, then a soft clothes brush or a roller with a sticky layer is suitable for cleaning. A wet wipe (preferably non-flavored) or a rag is suitable for this method. Gently wipe the place of pollution and let the toy dry. In no case should the felt product be rubbed strongly. Just lightly stroke the soiled area with your fingers.  - Rinsing Rinse in clean, warm water with light movements without compression and twisting.  - Drying Put a felt toy between 2 layers of towels and squeeze out water in a soaking motion.  Also, you will get all the care instructions and recommendations with your order!

Question 3

Delivery and shipment tracking

Accepted Answer

All the items are shipped including a tracking number. Shipment time is approximately till 20 business days from date of shipping. It could be slightly longer depending on different destinations and conditions like bad weather, natural disasters, seasonal holidays, package being held up in customs... We do not consider an item lost up to 8 weeks. Sometimes international post tracking system works badly and its update usually depends on the host country and their work.

Question 4

Lost parcel

Please double check the "ship to" address in the Inspire Uplift form you have filled in. In case if the address that a client has provided us with is incorrect, we will not make any refunds for the lost item or the delivery.  If the address is correct, but you somehow do not receive your order within 8 weeks from the date of shipment, we will be able to refund the money after receiving confirmation from the postal service about the loss of your parcel.

Question 5

Wrong address

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Question 6

Return shipping cost

In case of return of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale)

Cancellations/changes in order

Accepted Answer

Cancellations/changes of the order are accepted within 60 minutes after receiving payment for the order, if the order has not been sent. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned a tracking number canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible. ATTENTION! Cancellations/changes of CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED orders are NOT MADE after their payment

Question 8

Refunds for the returned item

Accepted Answer

Refunds or store credit for the returned item will be issued within 30 days after the product is received at our return address. Refund is provided on your original payment method. If you ordered through Paypal, the refund will be issued to your Paypal account only, or if you ordered through a credit card, the refund will be issued on the same credit card. Change of account details is not accepted for refund.
