What do you need to do?

In case you receive the wrong item/damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received
Once we review, refund requests will be processed within 1 – 3 business days. If the request is approved by our team, refunds are expected to arrive in 3 – 5 business days.
Lost Orders

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Return Policy (if applicable)

If you receive the wrong or defective item, there is no need to send it back to us. In this case, we always accept your refund. It is expected to be processed in 3 – 5 business days.

Note: We do not process refunds, reprints or returns in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors arising from your side such as: providing the wrong delivery address, not being present to receive the goods, not taking the goods as requested.
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as: not cleared by your country’s customs, delayed by natural disasters, showing “delivered” in the system tracked, was delivered to your mailbox but lost.

Cancel (if applicable)
After making a purchase, the customer has 24 hours to request a cancellation
Management, handling and transaction fees (10% of your order value) will be applied for cancellations
After 24h the item will be produced and we cannot provide further support.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not exchange / return products unless it is an error arising from our store when sending the wrong size, model.

Please do not return your purchase to us unless we give you permission to do so.
Refunds Policy (if applicable)
When your item qualifies is eligible for refund, we will refund for you within 3 – 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, you must pay 5% transaction fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and transaction fee will be return from your refund.

In case there is a problem on our part when processing your order, we will notify you by email and offer the best solution or 100% refund to you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund:

Then contact your credit card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is confirmed.
Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is confirmed.
