How do I get free files?

To be eligible for receiving a free file, you have three options:  Option one: Purchase 1-2 products of your choice and provide a review for our store. This qualifies you to receive 1 free file.  Option two: Purchase a combo of 3 products (with a 20% discount) and receive 1 free file.  Lastly, purchase a combo of 3 products, provide a review, and receive both a 20% discount and 2 free files.  To claim your file, once you have met one of the three conditions above, please contact us via online messaging or email. We will confirm your eligibility, after which you can choose any file from our store and either copy the image or provide us with the link. We will then directly provide you with the download link for the chosen file.  Please note: When leaving a review, kindly evaluate based on your satisfaction with our customer service and the performance of the files. We do not encourage or obligate you to rate our store with 5 stars. However, we appreciate your honest feedback. Thank you.

We do not offer refunds for customers who have purchased our products, as these are digital products, not physical items. There are no orders shipped to customers via postal services or carriers. Therefore, we advise you to carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

Can files be exchanged if they are damaged or incorrect?

Can files be exchanged if they are damaged or incorrect?  For damaged files: Since our products come with preview images, the files should match the images 100%. We will verify the file, and if it indeed does not match as you described, we will exchange it for another file at no additional cost. However, if the product is free from any issues, we will not be able to exchange the file.  For incorrect ZIP files: We will exchange the correct file for you.  Please reach out to us directly via messaging in our store or email for assistance if you encounter either of these situations.  Please note that we do not offer refunds for files experiencing the mentioned issues.
