What should I do if my order is damaged or of inadequate quality?

Any claims for typographical/damage/defects must be filed within 4 weeks of receiving the item. Claims found to be in error on our part will be covered by us.

What should I do if my parcel is not delivered?

For parcels lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
