How and when will I receive the purchased pattern?

If you purchased the pattern on Inspire Uplift, you will receive an email with a link to download the files immediately after purchase.

What your patterns include?

Each second photo of the listing has a detailed description of what the pattern includes.  Depending on the pattern, these are: parameters of the bracelet, colors and amount of beads, two or three types of graph charts, pattern mask, word chart, separate jpg file and additional instructions if needed.  Patterns do not have instructions on how to make the known stitches. For details, see the question "I don't know this stitch. How can I learn it?" below.

How do I know if I will like your instructions?

If you are not sure whether you will like my instructions, sign up for my newsletter on my website.  As a thank you, you will be able to choose one of the three designs I chose and see what you are dealing with before purchasing your favorite one.

Can I buy ready-made product from you?

Yes. If you are interested in buying ready-made product, please contact me, I will make a custom order for you.

Yes, if you have an idea for a pattern or a finished product and you want me to make it, contact me, I will make a custom order for you.

Can I return my purchase?

Accepted Answer

If you bought the pattern - unfortunately not. This is a digital purchase and unfortunately I am unable to determine whether it has been used before returning it.  If you purchased a ready-made product, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided that the product has not been used and has no traces of use.  If the purchased product was made to order according to your guidelines, i.e. it is an individual product, the possibility of return is also not valid.

Question 7

I don't know this stitch. How can I learn it?

My patterns do not have instructions on how to make the known stitches.  Some have additional instructions on how I made a specific piece, e.g. the order in which individual parts can be made, or where it is best to start and why.  But I recommend YouTube videos where you will find instructions for all possible stitches.
