Possible custom fees are not included in the cost of the item. All the possible custom fees are fully payed by the customer. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If the parcel does not  arrive for long

We start to search for the parcel if tracking number shows that it does not move for 14 days. We make tracing request to the post office, but according to the law, Postal services can answer from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will be found and delivered to you, or it will be admitted lost. If the parcel is admitted to be lost, 100% of the cost will be returned. If the parcel is found, but delivered with great delay you will not get a refund, because all the delivery dates are approximate but not strict. We cannot influence the work of postal services.
