My name is Masha, I’m from Ukraine and I have always been bound to kids, and never to sewing. But one day it changed. This is how “Magic Needle Shop” appeared. I worked as a kindergarten tutor and creativity has always been a part of my life. I enjoyed painting and sculpting with kids, but I never tried sewing. Until one day, when my friend decided to make a mobile for her son on her own. She bought ready-made toys and hung them on a ring. The next day I bought the first felt in my life and drew the first patterns. It was an incomprehensible call of the heart, I just wanted to sew a mobile. For a while after that I sewed small felt toys and panels that I presented to my friends and nephews. Over time, I sewed more and more and once I realized that sewing baby mobiles is what brings me the most pleasure. It is a great honor to be the creator of the first toy for a baby, and I am grateful to every parent that you trust such an important thing as a mobile for your baby’s nursery to me. Now I have a little son - my main inspiration. And I understand how important it is that toys and decor for the baby are safe. That is why in my work I use only safe materials and trusted suppliers.
