Are your books handmade?

Yes, they are handmade and not perfect. I make all my books and notebooks myself. I dye the paper myself and print the book pages at home. I hand staple the pages into a block, make the cover and the rest of the work. I don't use machines to make books and notebooks. I also develop the text for my books myself.

What are books made of?

I use only vegan leather and fabric cover in my books. With love to the nature.

Non-delivery and non-tracking

Accepted Answer

I choose shipping with a track number. However, there are countries where the shipment may not be tracked. That’s okay. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Custom taxes and fees

The shipment is made from Belarus. This is an international delivery. Please be aware that some countries impose customs taxes and fees for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by you government and are outside of your purchase with me. You can find the information on the official website of government.

Lost parcel

Unfortunately, sometimes packages get lost. If your items didn’t arrive within 2 month, please, contact me. If the package is officially recognized lost by transport carrie, 100% refund is guaranteed.
