The product (oil infuser)that i purchased works very well. Got it for my daughters birthday and she loves it! However delivery took a little longer than expected and arrived after her birthday. But in all fairness it was probably Covid-19 that slowed things down. Customer service was very nice and assured me they were working hard to get my order fulfilled and i thank them for being patient with me. All in all a great product. Would purchase from them again.
