In this chapter, in the section "A brief history of the development of jet technology" pages 5 - 11, describes the work of Tsiolkovsky, there is a drawing with the projects of the spacecraft Konstantin Tsiolkovsky in 1903; 1914 and 1915, also tells about the rocket of the Russian inventor Nikolai Kibalchich.
