A very good variety of early cabbage, which is characterized by a fairly dense head structure. Its shape is very beautiful, rounded.
The cabbage leaves of this variety have a fairly thin structure, which makes them tender and pleasant to eat. Contains a lot of juice. The color of Copenhagen Market cabbage is light or gray-green. Both the outer and inner stalk are small in size.
