Chemistry and Cauldrons (Lockers and Love Spells) – by Juliet Jones
What I would give for a magic spell to get me through high school...
It's only the first day of senior year and I am not off to a great start. The office got my schedule all wrong, none of my college applications are done, and the popular clique can't stop laughing about that time I face planted in front of my crush.
Ouch.
Not to mention my overbearing parents. My mom won't get off my back for using magic around humans, they keep pushing witch school on me for after graduation, and if one more warlock dating profile somehow magically ends up in my room, I swear I'm going to scream.
But things just might be getting better.
There's a new guy in school and he is gorgeous with a capital G. We've been paired together for AP Chemistry and he happens to be a great tutor. If only I was as good at flirting as I apparently am at accidentally blowing things up.
And I don't even mean in chemistry class.
Something is seriously wrong with my magic and I can't seem to stop zapping things that don't need zapping. It's taking everything I've got to keep the whole school from finding out I'm a witch. Juggling high school, boys, and a witchy secret was never going to be easy, and now my magic is on the fritz.
What's a witch to do?
