Handmade rainbow and black top handle tote measuring 13x11x2 with a 10 inch strap drop.

The tote is made with real, sturdy seatbelt webbing for a durable bag.  The webbing is woven and stitched - the bag liner is made from quilting cotton and has two inner pockets with zipper closures.
