The white cat has muzzle and paws toned with pastel chalk. The pattern does not contain instructions for toning with pastel chalk and oil paint, but on my Instagram channel, you can watch a short video of the process.

Yarn recommendations:
The pictured sample toy was made from:
Drops Wish (50% Alpaca, 33% cotton, 17% wool; 50g [1.8 oz] = 70 m [77 yds]) in Gray (№ 08) or White (№ 01) on 4 mm [US 6] needles.
