Clean the surface of loose and seam rust with a wire brush or abrasive materials
Apply with a sponge, brush or any other method
After 10 - 15 minutes, remove the remnants of the agent and rust with a stiff brush
Rinse the surface with running water and wipe dry
 If necessary, repeat the treatment.
 

Avoid contact with electrical wiring.
