Celebrated in the third week (Sunday) after Pentecost. Established by the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church with the blessing of Patriarch Alexy II on April 19, 2000. The synodal decision of October 22, 2015 approved the service to all the saints who shone in the land of St. Petersburg.
