Beautiful Ukraine handmade bird necklace pendant was made in Ukraine.
Birds in the mythology of many peoples are the creators of the universe. They were not born by anyone, they already existed when there was neither sky nor earth, but only one "wide sea" (which was always there). Birds symbolize the element of air, and air, as you know, is light and can penetrate everywhere. Birds connect the earthly and heavenly worlds (and waterfowl - as many as three worlds: also the water element in addition). They possess the secrets of a magical potion, living and dead water, know the direction of storm and storm clouds. They fly to the yard where a child has just been born and predict its future fate.
