The Medal dimensions: 2,36” x 2,36” х 0,16" (6.0 x 6.0 х 0.4 cm.)

Front side of the medal: Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.

On the reverse side of the medal: Rakta, Star, Sickle and Hammer. Text and words by Yuri Gagarin!
