This wood sculpture lamp is hand carved from a birch trunk. I found this birch tree blown down by the wind in the forest near my workshop and dried for several years on a roof before making this decorative desk lamp out of it.

I always try to work in cooperation with nature. It determines the shape of my lightnings largely. This is the desire for unity, finding harmony and overcoming the alienation of man and nature.

This table lamp combines contemporary lighting design technology with the elegant minimalism of modern wood sculpture. The mood lamp helps to create a specific ambiance within the room as a means of making the space more attractive and welcoming in some manner. Just inviting the wood lamp to warmly fill in a bedside corner or illuminate with a soft light where a little extra lighting is required.

The mood is usually lower in the evening than morning. It has been observed that after sunset you feel better if use gentle relaxing light.
