How many Locks do I need?

To the accent nape, you can choose a Partial Set of 15 DE or 30 SE. For braiding half of the head (for example, the crown), Half Set of 30 DE or 60 SE is suitable. If you would like to braid the whole head, feel free to choose a Full Set of 55 DE or 110 SE.

I make sets from high-quality hypoallergenic synthetic material "Kanekalon". They are safe for your hair, easy to install and remove. They can also be reused many times.

What is the difference between DE and SE?

Accepted Answer

DE, or Double Ended, is a dreadlock that has two ends. SE, or Single Ended, dreadlock has one end. For example, a set of 30 DE and a set of 60 SE have the same number of ends :) If you plan to install a set with a certain hair master, you can check with him what type of locks he prefers to work with.
