I am a graphic designer and illustrator who loves cross stitch and have been stitching since I can first remember. I started stitching kits and modifying them so much until a close friend said, ‘You’re the designer, why don’t you start making your own!'. I tried using graph paper, but it was impossible, I simply amend too much. I first discovered StitchCrafts software then migrated onto Ursa Software MacStitch and designing on the Mac has been a dream, I love it. My aim is simple... I strive to make beautiful cross stitch patterns. Charts which are a breeze to use, split into four equal segments and as large as possible on A4 printable PDF's. I try to make them without 'fiddly-bits' (which I hate as a stitcher) and in as few colours as possible, which keeps the material cost down.
