I always do my best to provide an excelent service and want everything to be perfect in my shop, but unfortunately I can't influence on postal service (though I wish I could!). If you want to receive a refund because your parcel was lost, please, mind that I will be able to send your order cost MINUS my shipping cost. I am so sorry that this happens from time to time! I start to search your parcel if it has no updates within 14 days.I write a request for investigation and by law the Postal service will respond within 30-90 days. During this time, the parcel can either be found and delivered, or it will be recognized as lost. If the parcel was lost, you will be refunded of the order amount MINUS my actual cost of delivery. If the parcel is found it means that it will be at your place soon! You will not receive a refund, but I can offer you a good discount in my shop for your next order.
