To ensure the longevity of your artwork, please take care to avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and keep it away from hard or sharp objects that may cause scratches. For cleaning, we recommend using warm water.

Lastly, please be aware that there may be a residual smell of natural wood, but rest assured that the resin used in our artwork is odorless and non-toxic.

All Epoxy Lamps will be processed within 3 - 11 business days on working days.
Limited Edition or Customize Edition will require an additional lead time of 3 - 5 business days for them to be ready to be shipped.

Returns & Refund:

To be eligible for a return:
We only accept returns if you have videos proving that the product was faulty upon arrival or that the defect was caused by the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
