You may use any yarn you like (recommended yarn weight for the body is either worsted weight or double knitting (DK) yarn), as long as it is of similar yarn weight and has a comparable fiber content. Softer yarns are better suited.

About Doll Jacket knitting pattern:
The jacket is knitted flat in stockinette stitch. The sleeves are worked in 2x2 ribbing in the round.
The jacket is designed for a toy with a height of 22 – 25 сm [8.7 – 10 in], but will fit other toys with the following measurements as well:
waist circumference 16 – 20 сm [6 – 8 in],
arm circumference 4 – 5 сm [1.6 – 2 in].
This Jacket can be used for Waldorf-type dolls with a height of up to 25 сm [10 in].

Yarn weight: DK (double knitting) yarn (USA – light-worsted/Australia – 8 ply).
