You will need:
1.    Alize Softy Plus (%100 Mikropolyester, 120m/100gr) – ~ 10gr black color (60) or other yarn with the same ratios
2.    YarnArt Jeans (55% cotton, 45% poly acrylic, 160m/50gr) – ~ 10gr black color (53) and some yarn colors (01, 90) to make eyes and tongue
3.    Plastic eyes on a secure fit 16 mm (as an option)
4.    Toy stuffing (any polyfill stuffing) 
5.    Hook size 2.0 mm and size 3.0 mm 

Final measurement for the finished toy will be about 6,7" inches (17 cm) long
