Vindhya organic nutmeg (Jaifal) is a natural, organic spice made from the seeds of the Indian myrobalan tree. It is considered to be a super food because of its high content of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Jaifal has been used for centuries in India as an aid in treating a variety of ailments, including fever, inflammation, indigestion, and anxiety.
