Method of administration and dosage
About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of leaves are placed in an enameled dish, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath, then cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, filtered, the remaining raw materials are squeezed out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water .
Take 1/3 - 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
