Petrodvorets small lacquer box

Petrodvorets or Peterhof is a beautiful and romantic emperors estate located in 30 km away of St. Petersburg. The painting on the box depicting the most enthralling view of this place - the Grand Cascade, a majestic fountain located in front of the Great Palace. Brightly colored and accentuated with gold details the miniature is still very delicate. Gold dots frame it on the lid, while golden floral ornamentation adorns sides of the box. Great item to give or collect.
