Russian icon Mother of God the Worthy. XIX century - Copy.

This large XLG solid pressed wood icon was produced using an ancient Russian technique of lithography print with gold and silver foil.  The hand-crafted Russian icon of Mother of God is finished with a mixed technique of paint and decoupage, the halos are designed with colors similar to pure gold.
