Hello everyone. I’m a cheesemaker. Today I make many types of cheese from Italy, France, Switzerland and Britain, like Haloumi, Camembert, Gorgonzola, Tomm, Gruyere, Gouda, Cheddar, Parmesan. I believe that everyone can learn to make cheese and even become a professional. I’ll help you to do that. I want to assure you that making real delicious cheese at home is possible, though you’ll definitely need some practice and patience. No expensive equipment for thousands of dollars, no years of studying, just a good guide and a desire to try and move forward. Cheese is a living creature, it will change, grow mature and you’ll learn how to monitor and control this process. In my master classes I’ll show you every step of making most popular types of cheese, give you all the necessary numbers, tell about equipment you will need. You won’t need that much of an equipment to start making cheese and later when you see that you like it you can buy more professional things.
